What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are formulated to have a shelf life of up to 18 months unopened, and up to 6 months after opening. Progeny skincare products are made with many natural ingredients, so they will react to extreme heat or cold. Store your Progeny products at room temperature (between 59 and 70 degrees), out of direct sunlight to maximize product life and efficacy.

Where is your skin care manufactured and formulated?
Progeny Skincare is developed, formulated, and manufactured in California (USA) under FDA-mandated Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We adhere to quality assurance guidelines and consistently perform toxicity, microbiological, temperature and stability tests on all products before they are approved for sale.

Do you test on animals?
No. All Progeny Skincare products are vegan and do not contain any animal ingredients or by-products, and are not tested on animals.

Are there parabens in your products?
No. All Progeny Skincare is formulated without parabens.

Do you use preservatives?
A preservation system of some kind is essential in any skincare formulation to prevent the dangerous growth and spread of bacteria. We formulate without parabens and are continually researching new ingredients and stabilizing systems to provide you with formulas that are gentle, safe, yet effective, while being nonirritating and non-toxic.

Are the products natural or organic?
While our products are not organic, we do utilize an abundance of natural ingredients in our formulations, including high-quality plant botanicals, marine extracts, and base ingredients derived from natural sources, such as coconut. We also formulate without the use of parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, animal by-products, phthalates, formaldehyde or triclosan.

We strive to formulate the best and most effective products on the market. Because age-reversing skin care also requires higher concentrations of highly effective actives (like peptides, acids, and retinoids in addition to plant botanicals), often an “all-natural only” regimen isn’t enough to treat the many symptoms of aging. All-natural and organic skin care is best used as a regimen for younger skin (under 35 years). 

Is Progeny recommended for sensitive skin?
We have very few issues with those with sensitive skin, but everyone is different. If you are highly sensitive, we suggest trying the products on a small area of the inside of your wrist and watching for any skin reaction for 24 hours before applying to your face. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients and read all product cautions.

When can I expect to see results?
Everyone is unique, so results will vary from person to person. Many people report smoother skin within 3 to 7 days. For signs of premature aging, most people see results within 4 to 6 weeks, which is the time it takes for your skin to go through its normal regenerative cycle.

Why should you use a special product around your eyes?
The skin of the eye contour area is very thin and delicate and must be treated accordingly. It is important to use a lightweight eye cream that will not cause an occlusive layer that can lead to puffiness, milia (little white bumps), or cause irritation. Apply by tapping gently with the fingertips around the eye contour region.

How is an anti-aging/age-reversing skin care regimen different from any other?
As we age, everything slows down, including how our skin performs, regenerates and repairs itself. This leads to a myriad of symptoms, including fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, uneven skin texture and loss of elasticity.

In order to repair this damage and rebuild the skin, a regimen utilizing higher concentrations and percentages of quality active ingredients is required to stimulate collagen production, increase cellular turnover, replace moisture loss, and treat over- or underproduction of melanin in order to restore skin to a more youthful and healthy state.

Do your serums or creams contain sunscreen/sunblock?
Our products are not combined with any SPFs. We believe the healthiest sunscreens for our skin are physical sunblocks that are designed to sit on top of the skin and reflect the suns rays, rather than the chemical sunblocks that penetrate into the skin. Because of this, SPF products should be applied as the final step in your regimen. Our age-reversing skin care is formulated to dive deeper into the epidermis and dermis, which is why sunblock and anti-aging creams/serums should not be the combined into one product.

When will I receive my order?
It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Shipping times vary based on where you are located in the United States. Please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking info.

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order has been submitted online and is in process, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

May I add a promotion to my previous order?
Current promotions are not redeemable on prior orders. We appreciate your understanding. Please continue to check your inbox for new promotions as they are announced!

I am currently outside of the U.S. Can I place an order to ship within the U.S?
At this time, Progeny only accepts payments from paypal and credit / debit cards issued from within the United States, in U.S. dollars, with a U.S. billing and shipping address.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Progeny does not offer international shipping options at this time.

What should I do if there is a shipping error on my order?
Please reply to your order confirmation email immediately and we will attempt to fix the error prior to shipment.

How do I return a product?
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Progeny purchase, we understand that you may need to return a product. If for any reason you need to return your product, please review our return policy.
