For products purchased on, returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened products in the original packaging.

Please contact us to arrange your return. We will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs or refund your purchase price.

If your return is due to receiving the wrong or damaged merchandise, we regret any inconvenience. In such case, please contact us immediately to obtain a Return Authorization.

Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
